Cruel raise in POL prices up to 12.33 percent

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani public already crushed by the unbridled inflation was again thrown into deep trouble by the insensitive rulers who have raised the prices of petroleum products up to Rs12.33 percent.

There have been cruel leaders at all times and ages in Pakistan’s history, but the ruthlessness of these leaders towards the public surpasses all.

Increasing the rates for several straight weeks, the Federal Finance Ministry on Saturday morning announced an alarming rise in prices of different petroleum products.

According to the finance ministry, the price of petrol has gone through the roof with an increase of Rs10.49 per liter which means the petrol will now be available to commuters at a record Rs137.79 per litre – a historic figure.
