People to get good news when march will overwhelm Islamabad: Bilawal
RAHIM YAR KHAN: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday said that people would get a good news with the arrival of PPP’s long march in Islamabad.
In an interview with a private news channel in Rahim Yar Khan, the PPP chairman said that Prime Minister Imran Khan reduced the prices of petrol and electricity under the fear of PPP’s long march.
“We want free and fair elections so that people could transparently elect their representatives,” he said and added that the people of Rahim Yar Khan accorded a historic welcome to the PPP’s long march.
“We are raising voice against public problems including inflation and unemployment. We are protesting against the government, and our destination is Islamabad,” he stated. “We are trying our best to remove this incompetent and illegitimate government through a democratic way. So far our journey has been a success,” he claimed.
“Our long march is gaining strength with each passing day as none of the participants is leaving it. Our march is passing through the strongholds of all the political parties. We are so far successful in our policy and political strategy,” he maintained.
“Other political parties also supported the PPP when it announced to table a non-confidence motion against the government,” Bilawal said and added: “Success will be ours if work together. The PPP has long been working on the no-confidence motion plan.” TF REPORT
